Church Leadership

My Village is leadership backed but lay led. We want leadership support and advocacy but it will be lay leaders who really move the ministry forward.

Step 3:
Interest Meeting

Announce and invite others in your church to an interest meeting at your church, led by MVA staff.

Step 4:
Train

Those who are interested in fulfilling one of our roles need to attend one of our in-person trainings. Your church can even host a training.

Step 5:
All Roles Filled

A healthy MVA church needs all roles filled: Host Family, Community Coach, Care Community, Mentors, and Ministry Lead team.
